What to Do During Your Third Trimester
From trying to conceive all the way to your eighth month of pregnancy can be a very difficult and taxing roller coaster on both your mind and your body, but it’s almost over. There are quite a few things you and your partner need to keep an eye on during this time so do not relax yet. Besides the not being able to fly and the extra weight, there are a few key things you have to do to ensure that your baby will come into this world healthy and happy.
Pregnancy third trimester can be very tough on the mother. You have to understand that you need to put yourself first for a little while. It may be difficult simply because you will never really feel comfortable for a couple months straight. The backaches and hip pain will come and go and there are ways to relieve it. A nice heating pack or massage will usually sooth the ache. Wear low heeled shoes to help support your back muscles as well. You may feel some heart burn and some shortness of breath as well. Try not to exert yourself and drinking plenty of fluids will help calm the heartburn. Try to think of cute Irish baby names and before you know it, your baby will be in your arms.
