Kappa Alpha Theta is a leading women’s fraternity that has roots going back to 1870 when it was founded at DePauw University in the state of Indiana. There are over 200,000 members and the organization can be found on most major college campuses. Another outstanding collegiate women’s fraternity is Kappa Kappa Gamma which was also founded in 1870 in the state of Illinois. This organization admits only women and offers members lifetime bonds of friendship, support and an opportunity for growth. The members have strong ethical principles and an allegiance to positive understanding of mankind.
