Forming Childhood Memories

I just love my parent’s garden. It is large and as a child I loved running around in it and hiding in the trees. I still have lovely memories of the fun I had with my own little plot growing flowers and things when I look at the garden borders. I am hoping that I can make my garden as memorable for my children. I do not have such a big plot of land but I want to the best that I can with it. I have recently bought some sand boxes so that they can have fun playing with those. As they get a bit older, I want to let them have a bit of garden of their own so that they can learn responsibility as well as gaining important knowledge about plants, lifecycles, harvests and things like that. I am sure that they do a bit of this sort of thing at school but there is nothing like having a place in your own back garden where you can do exactly what you want and experiment with plants and growing different things. I do hope that it will be a happy place for memories for them as well as for memories for us as a family as a whole.
