Desk Needs - Office or School
Office desks depend on the designation held by the person. A manager?s office desk would be different from that of a staff’s office desk. The purpose of the office desks in any place for anyone is going to be the same. A manager’s office desk might be larger than the staff’s and may contain more drawers. There might be a small table attached to it for manager to have discussions. There might be separate section for keyboard and mouse. Office desks are usually provisioned with the holes to allow the power cable to run through them. School desks are same for all the children in school. Previously the school desks were made of wood and were heavy, but nowadays school desks are even made in plastic as well and in different colors. There might be small provisions for placing the stationary things and also table top is usually flat for placing the notes and writing. Usually the schools desks can accommodate three people in a desk. In nursery schools there might be separate desks for each child and may have a small support to place the books for reading and writing. Schools desks also contain foot rest, to enable the children to sit comfortably and study.
